2007 honda civic sedan LX transmission and suspension

well first of all, i realy like this car, but there are 2 things that i just dont understand is the transmission and suspension, i notice when i press on the gas and just say i,m going like 50kill i let go of the gas and press again i somtimes notice a jerk the other thing is the suspension i do hear clunking noice when going of a bump honda told me there have been alot of complaints about the rear suspension anybody else ?

i get a knock near the front passenger side when turning right after i first start up, there are threads on that already though. do you have an auto or stick?
