Question Intake System? Fuel System? HELP

I just recently bought a black 2006 civic Si coupe and am wanting to mod its engine. I have already switched out the rear emblem for a JDM one and the civic badge for a 2.0 badge, but i really need to start modifying the engine.

The car already has an HFP exhaust, so i dont want to switch that out that, especially because i cant let my parents know im modifying it (i am only 17). So ive already got my mind set on a Random Technology downpipe and a K&N SRI, but here is where i need help. I want to completely redo my intake system by getting a JDM Accord-R intake manifold which, according to JHPUSA.com, will bold on directly to the K20Z3 and add mid-range power. I also want to get a new throttle body, and get that port matched to the intake manifold, and the head ported with the manifold as well.

I am wondering if i would need to upgrade my fuel system if i do all this. If so, i would get bigger injectors, fuel rail, and a fuel pump. Would a fuel regulator be neccesary? I am looking at a BDL Fuel rail that fits the K20A and im wondering if it will fit the K20Z?

Then onto the ECU. At first, i was thinking about getting a HONDATA ECU reflash, but now that im also upgrading my fuelm system, im wondering if i should get a piggyback ECU such as the GREDDY E-MANAGE. HELP ME!

Re: Intake System? Fuel System? HELP

ok well first thing is first..

if you get a random tech downpipe im pretty sure u and ur parents are gona hear the difference

second, are you sure you have the money to do all of this that you're planning? ur lookin at some big bucks.

i dont know too much about ur motor but if change the intake manifold im guessing that ur stock fuel rail and all that wont just bolt up to the mani that easily. so u might have to upgrade it anyway...

before u get into all that i think u should get the price on all that and see if u can handle it. u are only 17, and when i was 17...hell even now i cant afford that stuff..so um...yea
