Do Si parts work in EX model

Curently I have an '06 Ex Coupe 5 speed and was looking to put in a cold air intake and new exhaust and eventually more, but there are so few exhausts available for the Ex model. Does anybody know if exhausts for Si models are compatible with the Ex model? or if more are expected to be on the market soon?

Thanks

your best bet is to check the similarty and design wise if the parts could fit in your vehicle.

wadley would def know, but as far as my 2cents depends on the part. interior and exterior they're the same, mechanically they're different. So cold air prob wouldn't fit w/o hassel at least b/c of engine design as the Si is 2.0 dohc and we're only 1.8 sohc. and cat back i believe is the same thing. I check right before i got my magna and the piping for the Si is larger so there would be fitment problems, nothing that can't be solved with welding and some extra work, but i'm sure its a pia. Basically if its body or inteiror work everything that goes for the Si goes for any of the other coupe models. If its engine, things either won't fit or they're gonna need alot of custom work.

The new Si attracted alot of aftermarket comp. so they're all jumping on it, but be patient and i'm sure we'll see some parts for our r18's. Trickle down effect for u macro-eco people hehehe

Yeah thats what I thought. I've sent emails to some companies asking about release dates and stuff like that so hopefully I hear back with good news in the near future. I will post the email when and if they come
