Replace Speakers in 2007 Civic Si

I recently bought an '07 Si. The so-called Premium Audio System is awful. I would like to replace the stock 6.5-inchers with Boston Pro-Series Seprates
(6.5 inch) in the front and a set of Boston Coaxials in the back for rear-fill. I know some have had issues with the trunk bars below the rear speakers. I think I can make it work there, but I haven't spoken with anyone who has replaced the door speakers. I need to know how much clearance is back there. I think the Boston Pro's are about 3 inches deep.

Any help or experience would be greatly appreciated. I would hate to buy the speakers to have them not fit, and have to worry about sending them back.
