New 2006 Civic EX..few ?'s

I love my new EX.
I have a few issues...

I have noticed that the past 600 miles, that my milegae has gone from 37mpg to 30/31. I am using the exact same gas. It is a cummuter car, so my driving is the same. It's an automatic. I have noticed that is seems to be riding rough and kinda sputters now...I have about 2300 miles on it.
What could this be??

I wanted to have the XM installed...I was given a price of $925 !!
Jeez..that seems outrageous....I want the internal radio, not something crappy from Best Buy....

Anyone done this at a cheaper price? (I Live in CA btw/)

Thanks!!

L

Well You Can Get It Cheaper At Best Buy, And You Dont Have To Get One Of Those Dumb *** Stick On Units, They Make Stereo Head Units With All The Built In Controls For Xm For Like 2-3 Hundred
