Hello Everyone,
I have owned my civic for almost 2 weeks now, and am wondering what others get for gas mileage.
I know it will get better but I thought i'd be doing alot better than what i am doing now.
I do alot of driving in one day for my work and need an economical vehicle, i have heard good things about the civic and their gas mileage.
Thank you.

Rep Power: 0 Thank you both of you.
I figured that my car gets about 480 km's on a tank so not great at all but i hope it will change soon. My sunfire gets about 615 km's on one tank same tank size. That took about a year to get that way though i am not sure how much it used to start with.
Not a really bad thing since it is a little better than the vehicle i replaced. i had a 98 Chevy Blazer and it just drank the gas. 450 km's per 60 litre tank.
Other than that I just love the car.

Always remember that an engine still breaks in after what they call "breakin".
I read an article a few years back stating an engine truely breaks in after 20,000 miles where it reaches it full potential.
