Rep Power: 0 Honestly I think it took ours to break in... Maybe a week or two.
The 04 Corolla S (her previous car) was reallly strong with the A/C. But yeah, I felt that we had to "break in" the A/C. It was weak the first week we had it, I remember. Now it's good.
So what's the difference with MAX A/C & without? All I know is that it turns on the cycling mode?

yea it just switches between wether the air is drawn from outside or not... mine just has a fan switch 1-4, hot and cold... vent selector and a slider that goes from outside air to inside air

Rep Power: 0 yea i got a problem with my ac too.. when i turn my AC on and put it on max, it doesnt get as cold as a max AC should, not until i've been on the road for like 15 minutes.
but i've worked my way around that problem.. i just turn my normal AC on (not max) and i dont turn the dial all the way to cold... then i wait about 1 minute.. then i turn the dial all the way, and put it on max, the air is very cold.
is that something wrong with my car? or is it just "warming up" for say
oh and i remember one time i was just driving on the highway, i didnt have my AC or Fan on or anything, i felt hot air coming from my vents.... but that was just that one time though..

it does that if you have it set to draw air from outside.. in the winter time rather than turn on my heater and burn up, i'd turn the fan off, switch it to the middle between hot and cold and open the vent...and it would constantly blow in warm air...
