questions on aftermarket upper grill after installation?

i installed the upper grill.. one of them RS grill thingy.... and just took off the grill and just installed the RS grill.... but i have a question.. since all the rain and all in s.kali.... i didn't attach the upper thingy that came with the stock upper grill.... should i try to attach the upper part or is it okay to leave it alone..... i have attached a picture, the yellow circled part is the part that i didn't attach...... is it okay to leave the grill alone? or should i worry about things getting inside.. like water dirt stuff like that... does the upper part stop things from getting in? any help will be appreciated.. thanks...

Don't need it. I'll just give you more air flow to your engine

i have the RS grille too, didn't install that thing anymore. It looks nice to see everything clean and not covered by anything.

CapYoda has a spectacular aura aboutCapYoda has a spectacular aura about
radiator cover..

you dont erally need it.. but its there for a reason.

to cover your radiator. keeps dirt, water, whatever else from pilling on it.. which is a good thing cuz a working radiator is a good thing. mmkay?

hence the name. heh.

gotta get a sedan one.. I have a thread somewhere about it with pics too.

actually I think you'll see pics in my members ride page with the sedan radiator cover fitting on my altezza grill.

I don't think it's necessary. Yeah, stuff can pile up on your radiator but as long as you wash your car at least every other week, you should be fine, plus more airflow is always

You need to order that upper radiator cover from a sedan. I lucked out, I just bought my altezza grill from a guy in marketplace and he is giving me his sedan radiator cover also.
