Projector lighting problem...

I seem to have a big problem with my projectors. At first I got the projectors and they worked fine for a few days, but then one day something happened and the left headlight works wrong. When I turn on my regular lights, the high beam and the regular beam are both on the left side, but both are really dim. The right side works fine, and the regular beam is ALOT more powerful then the left side.
The on the dash the high beam light indicator also comes on, but very lightly(When I have my regular lights are on).

So then I bought new bulbs, nothing.

So then I bought new projectors, still nothing.

So obviously it's something with the wiring. What could have happened? How can I repair this?

try tracing the wiring as far as you can, it sounds like some of the wires gt fried -- maybe an intermittent short? it s worth a shot before you pay a mechanic by the hr to figure it out
