go to your local speedshop. autometer makes it. it comes in black silver or carbon fiber

runin rich/lean r the condition(not exactly a problem in term of racing terminology)on cars using carburators but it can be related to modern day induction system,u can easily tell by the exhaust tip,if it looks clean inside its perfect,its rich if the color is black,it means the induction system is using more gas than it should,i doubt u ever need to worry about a honda engine have this problem.

Not to mention you'll get the check engine light if you go too far rich or lean.
