If you need a light to be able to tell the VTEC kicked in then you should be driving a BMX

I thought that the reason why a VTEC Light doesn't work for our cars is due to the fact that we have a 3 stage VTEC.

so the light comes on after about 2500 RPM (I think)
so itz not worth it.
if you have VTEC than you have an EX.
if you have an EX than it has a Tach.
if you have a Tach, just look at it.
when it goes over (2500 rpms) than VTEC has kicked in.

I don't remember the exact RPM range but I think that it is around 2500.
also
3 stages of our VTEC are
Stage 1. Off (0-2499 RPMs)
Stage 2. Fuel economy (2500-4500)
Stage 3. Power (if you can call it that) (4500-7000)
again I'm not sure what the exact figures are.... just an example

where the hell do you get this 3-stage crap??

and vtec on our cars starts at 4300 RPMs.

and why the hell does everyone gotta be so smart about this topic. its just something i saw on a 6th gen, and i was wondering if i could do it on our cars.

I can't explain why, but the light is supposed to be used in 2000 and below models. It won't work in 7th gens.
