they're just 2 red Varad leds. i tapped them into my 3rd brake light. simple as that. as for legal issues, many cars have blinking 3rd brake lights. i've stopped in front of police cars before and have not had any problems [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/IMG]
