Obdii Port

Where is the OBD port on our cars? Is it under the steering wheel behind the panel where the fuse boxes are? or is it where the ECU is? I know i read it somewhere on here but i cant remember.

Ok thank you very much. I suspected as much, but im in work right now and i cant exactly leave my comp to check. The chain is not long enough.lol
