Most of the added weight is from my stereo. By the time it is all said and done my car will probably weigh around 3200 lbs. Be interesting to see what my slips are with that weight and around 600 whp.

Also, a K20A will give you major problems in tryin to get your car to pass smog. Not worth the headache at all.

also, yes if you plan on building a k20 a lot, then it's worth it to save some $ and get a k20a2 since everything will be replaced anyway.
I don't think a k20a would be too difficult to smog ... even though it is a japanese motor, they're not impossible to smog ... I've seen a few jdm b18c's that have been bar'ed. ;P

Comps are only $389/each (17s)...I am lookin at a set of J Lines that cost $818/each (18s).

Rep Power: 0 Every review that I've read has said that the STi would win on a straight race i/e drag/roll/dig/ whatever but the Evo would win on a race course... It's in a bunch of magazines and the only one that I can think of off the top of my head is Car and Driver...

Rep Power: 0 You guys are clueless. Don't believe all the hype in tuner mags. If you really wanna know what the real deal is visit an EVO or STI forum and read the results of the races against each other.
