I think my axle is breakin@@@@@

I own a 2002 civic coupe ex and recently (about 3 -4 months) my axle I think has been making this weird noise like a frog like croak croak when I turn and at stops then accelerating but, it stops after like 5 miles that. Well i took it to honda today cuse I still got my factory warrenty and they told me some crap like my spring was hitting the bump stop or something but if this is true then it should of made this nosie back when I lowered it ????? I have heard this same noise on two of my friends hondas it was the cv joint on that axle crackin ??? And I knew this gurl in school that this year she told me she bought her civic in 2001 and it she got it inspected at honda and they told her her axle was messed up too could I be in the same boat? I also read somewhere that honda axles blow cuse the poor bearing desing in the joints ???? But if it is broken then I am just going to peice together a manual tranny swap any help guys but i think I know the answer to my own question!!!!! Also anyone know what to do for a manual tranny swap thanks for all the help 7th gen *****ssssss!!!!!!

there is currently another member on here that bought a manual tranny.... perhaps you can ask him: reytito
If youre turning even at regular speeds on 90 degree corners and still making that low tone "frog" sound, I will say it's the axle.

if you get a manual tranny, you might as well just go for a k20 swap ;P
