My airfilter box wont come off?

My airfilter box wont come off?

I removed the 2 bolts and something else that i cannot see is holding it on.

There are two bolts in the front, and another one that holds the resonator AND airbox together. Then there is a ring clamp that you have to loosen that holds the airbox on the throttle body.
