you can prolly get the whole seat assempby from the s2k (brakets, seats, sliders, and all) and swap them into your car.. would that work?

You're going to have to:
a. Pray that the brackets are the same distance apart as in your civic... then you might be able to use the S2000 top (attached to the seat) and the Civic bottom (bolted down).
b. Fabricate something so the S2000 seats can be adapted to the stock brackets
c. Drill and tap new holes in the floor pan and bolt in the S2k brackets as is (I don't recommend this).
d. Use the S2000 top half and have new bottoms fabricated so they can be bolted in stock locations.
e. Rig something custom. Just make sure you have all 4 corners of the seat securely bolted down... this is one of those safety things.
