I have been unable to access a 2003-2005 CIVIC HYBRID Electrical Troubleshooting Manual.
Can somebody please confirm whether this is the correct pinout for the DC-DC Converter connector?
1 - Ignition (switched +12V)
2 - Battery Warning Light
3 - DVC, from Engine Control Module
4 - Not Connected
5 - DVCT (pulse width modulated), from Engine Control Module
6 - Inhibit, from Motor Control Module
7 - TDV (thermal disable), from Motor Control Module
8 - Sensor Ground, from Motor Control Module

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

The labels on my wiring diagram seem to agree with these

ezone, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
This means the DC-DC Converter on the Insight mk1 (TDK MSE224) and Civic Hybrid 1 (TDK MSE298C) should be electrically compatible. They are mechanically different, with the MSE298C being 5.5cm shorter.

I don't remember seeing problems with the converter, but at this point just about every one of those cars I see needs an IMA battery.
