Removing a spoiler or buying a new trunk lid?

So I just got a 05 civic SI-G but I hate the spoiler so much, has anyone removed theirs?

I was thinking I could remove it, bondo the holes and just get a touch up/blend paint job, or try to get a lid from the wrecker.

Thanks

The holes shouldn't be that big, screws holes? I'd just get some rubber plugs and add some silicon sealant to them. But hey, whatever makes ya happy.
