Rep Power: 0 Transmission Fluid Change/Maintenance Minder 2008 Civic
I'm approaching 60K miles on my automatic '08 Civic sedan and am wondering if I should replace the transmission fluid? I know the maintenance minder will let me know if I need to do so, but I wanted to hear other opinions about doing so before the minder kicks in. Thanks.

Re: Transmission Fluid Change/Maintenance Minder 2008 Civic
Our dealer recommends every 30k. I went with 25k on my 05 and plan on doing the same with my 2010.
Honda is not very clear on a few maintenance items like ATF & PS.
I would consider getting it done IMO. Also only use OEM fluid.
