So when you reconnected it, it idled up and down... it's very possible you have a vacuum leak, maybe you dident hook everything back up properly. Double check your work man

It's possible... I might be a bit confused here but did you reassemble everything and then start the car, and then the idle started bouncing? Recheck your work... something is wrong there... Cleaning the throttle body should fix your issues, especially if its all plugged up
