Hey guys, I've been lurking for a little bit but this is my first post. My 97 Honda Civic EX was sitting for a while with a bad ignition coil. After I replaced it the car had developed some erratic idling when warm and a high idle while warming up. Turning on the AC seems to stop the idle surging but still has a high idle. I removed and cleaned the IACV and flushed and bled to the cooling system as well as checked for vacuum leaks, no change. I had the parts store OBD II it and the codes came up P0505 and P1509. If I unplug the IACV while the car is warm and running it still idles erratically but at a lower RPM. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

It probably sat for about 6 months.
