no more beep...

my 06 civic was at dealership getting the oil changed. I got the car back and now the car doesn't beep when I lock the doors from my remote key. they suggested holding both the lock/unlock buttons so it could reset, it didn't work. any suggestions?

its probably just on silent. Someoneat the dealer should be able to tell you how to put it back

did you make sure all the doors are fully closed? trunk is fully shut?
