If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

VTEC solenoid. Needs the two rubber gaskets.

The first one with 3 sections and screen in your picture
is Honda Part # 15825-P2M-005

This gasket for the top section:
GASKET, SOLENOID BASE (Your dealership can't find this, you have to tell them this part number to get it)
Honda Part# : 36172-P08-015

Hope you didn't lose any of the pieces when you pulled that top off.

You have the valve all the way off and apart, replace both gaskets!
