Rep Power: 0 30,000 maintenace list ok?
well, i am about to hit the 30,000 mark. so i jus wanted to make sure i got everything down.
no need for air filter since i have a brand new weapon R intake.
cabin filter change
tire rotation
spark plugs (i run hard alot so i might just take a look first b4 changin it)
ngk spark plug right?
oil change
oil filter change
radiator fliud change
transmission fluid change
can someone help me get the link how to change the transmission for the manual...i only see the ones for auto and i remember for manual there is an extra bolt you have to take out to refill the fliud. i've done transmission fluid change to my brother car all the time, but its an auto, and i have a manual.

Rep Power: 0 I think the main reason i skipped that 30k mile checkup, was the fact that it was going to cost me a lot. My stepmoms cr-v got the 30k checkup and it was like 400 dollars...and after the checkup the alignment was off horribly..

Rep Power: 364 my 60k check up was cheap, less then 200. like 150. I did some of the work myself, told them dont mess with my intake, did my own cabin filters, spark plugs changed, they just did everything else. Why not spend some money and make your car stay healthy and last?

Rep Power: 0 Sorry. I'm a cheapass. I'll take it for the 50k checkup. I dont to any of my own stunts so its gonna cost me a bundle. I'll tell them to leave my alignment alone..they seriously messed up the cr-v. I think they fixed it, but i dont remember.

Rep Power: 0 A lot happened to the old site. It's gone, in essence. The members that were 7thgencivic.com left to other places. Some made a wanna-be site on proboards, others joined more reputable sites such as importpassion.com, and others made a more technical-centric site, namely EMHonda.com. That's where you'll find most of the users that are the most knowledgeable about these cars. Not on this board. The most helpful guys have left, to repeat myself.

Rep Power: 0 All the guys that organized the meets and things like that moved over to importpassion.com. I'd go check that out if I were you. This site is still good though, if only for its databases.

I bought:
Denso Iridium - but really you shouldn't have to change the plugs til like 60k miles, drive it hard every now and then as well.
Royal Purple 5w-20
Bottle of Lube Control
Hampa Oil Filter
Prestone Pre-Mixed Coolant
Bottle of Water Wetter

If you have a 5 speed civic, im pretty sure the bottom bolt with a square in it for a socket wrench is the drain plug, and the fill plug is the larger one, 17mm i think.
