Can anyone tell me if a 2001 civic ex, 4dr, w/o side air bags, instrument cluster
will work in my 2001 civic ex 2dr with side air bags. My current gauges either stick or don't work correctly so I need to replace them. Also is there a way to set the mileage on my new cluster once I get one?

Sure, but you wont have the side airbag light anymore. However I dont know if this will disable them.
Unless you plan to take it to the dealer then no.
Your best bet is just to wait and buy the right one for your car with miles close to yours then swap it in when the miles are the same.
