Rep Power: 0 Thinking about applying some paint...
Hello,
Just picked up 2004 Civic Coupe EX Silver.
Someone had keyed both sides of the car.
Does anyone know of a good brand paint match? Or, how am I going to fix the keyed lines... I tried filling one section with a small paint brush and silver paint... Disaster... Now I'm thinking of just spraying sections of the car myself if I can find a reasonably priced paint match.
Any ideas welcome.
Thanks,
Redbug2.

I hate people that don't give a crap about other peoples' stuff. You can't "fix" that with touchup paint. Spraying a whole side of a car will probably not go too well if you don't know very very very much about painting. I think the only way you're going to get it back to looking decent would be to have a professional fix it by respraying both sides. Go to a couple of car dealerships and ask them who they use when they have body work they need done, and then go to that body shop. I've found these shops tend to be more professional and reliable and less than the cost of just dropping it at the dealership.
