2002 civic bumper cover broken bottom retaining clips

Any suggestions on how to remove these if I have already broken one in the process, and it is still in place ?

Guessing it is something like these.
Broke the center head off?

Punch the center pin all the way through, then pull the rest out.
Buy new pins.
