I have an '03 Civic LX Coupe.

The buttons that control the interior circulation and A/C don't "glow" anymore, unlike the rest of the instrument panel, irrespective of dimmer setting. Note that this is different than the indicator light that tells you if that feature is enabled or not.

I've also seen, on occasion upon starting up, that the fan speed indicator doesn't "glow" either. However, it starts glowing normally after some time.

Has anyone experienced this?

The entire audio/hvac pod uses 5 individual neo-wedge bulbs for illumination.

Order all 5, and change them all at once.

The three dials share 2 bulbs and the three buttons share 2 bulbs, as well, to illuminate the "lettering" and whatnot on them, if I'm not mistaken. The indicator lights for each button has their own LED associated with them. Those 3 LEDs are soldered to the board, itself.

To fix your problem, you (presumably) need to buy #12 on the drawing, two of them, to be exact.

You have to take the 12 volt outlet panel out to remove 2 screws behind it... then you pop out the audio/hvac pod.
