Finally got my Bridge Msport grounding kit installed. Initial impressions: No major HP gains of course but the engine does seem a bit more responsive and my but dyno suggests there is a little more kick. Most significant, there is far less static on my radio indicating the additional grounding works. As with every mod, it will prolly take a few weeks for the ecu to adjust fully. I installed the HKS hyper voltage thing about a month ago and it also definitely improved throttle response and auto shifting seems a bit quicker and smoother, although again no really notceable power gains. I'm please with the results. Sorry, no pics yet.

Just out of curosity.... why is everyone removing the p/s pump to ground the alternator? There are two threaded holes on the opposite side of the alternator that you can use to hookup the ground wire and it takes like 30 seconds. That's what I did. Let me know what you guys think... maybe it's a good idea or maybe I don't know what I'm doing.

Is that block that all the wires connect to aluminum?? Do you know how poor aluminum is for conducting electrical current?

Aluminum would be a far better conductor than steel, and won't coat the engine bay of your car with green **** when it corrodes...

Copper is a better conductor than both, and if you're worried about corrosion and oxidation, gold plated steel would be an even better choice.

Dude, im not trying to **** anyone off or be a smart ***. I was just stating that there are better metals that could be used rather than aluminum because they conduct electricity better.

The type of metal really won't matter much. Copper is probably the best, and the battery only has aluminum terminals I believe. Plus you're only doing the ground part and not power. So the circuit won't be any better.

nice find
so the higher the number the better?
but they got Platinum as 15... but higher end connectors like the Stinger HPM series uses Platinum shouldn't better than gold which has 65... which is still lower than copper's 100...

Question: then why don't audio company make copper battery terminals, instead you see gold and platinum battery terminals for high end?
