Hello all and thanks for the add
Found you with Google search and am hoping to learn a little about the 2015 Civic I just bought for my wife. It came with only one key and I'd really like to get another for it. I have seen some vids on how to program a replacement key by cycling the ign 4 times and I'd like to know if it really does work? If it does work where is the best place to purchase the key blank or can I have a key pre-cut and sent to us just by providing the VIN? The key is a 4 button standard key. No remote start. Lock/unlock/trunk/panic
Thanks
Joe
Thanks
Joe

Welcome! I dont think that will work for the newer cars. Dealer, locksmith, or store that can cut car keys with a chip

Welcome to the forum. Yeah for the newer cars you need the dealer or a locksmith. You can buy the key part online to save some money from the dealer.
