just bought my first honda; 87 civic.
its an 87 civic, thats all it says on the title.
its the 2 door wagon.
i love it.
i have 2 1971 pontiac GTO's. thats what i work on and basically all i know, so i'll be asking alot of questions.
this one runs pretty good, 120,000 miles, so it says. engine surges but runs pretty well, tach doesntwork, clutch might need replaced, slips a little when you stomp it in 3rd or 4th, oh yeah manual trans, sunroof, man steering and brakes, man windows and no air.
not registered yet but i drove it 3 miles home and what a blast!
needs that center taillight section replaced, has alot of rust. i'll take pics after i wash it!
i'm a working musician, www.animalhouseband.com i travel alot, my durango was eating up gas at like 11mpg.
i just gotta find a way to fit the drumset in there...

i'm wondering how difficult it will be to replace the clutch as its slipping. it was replaced once and the car only has 120000 miles so i wonder why it needs a clutch.
