Brand new here...
Hello,
I just bought a 1990 Civic HB on lien sale from a tow yard for 100 dollars. This thing is a mess, but I think it will be fun fixing it up. For those interested, I will have questions and will be updating my progress. I have the, "as is," photo in my profile. And as a side note, I am a motorcycle traffic police officer, so if you have any questions, let me know.

Hey, whats up dude. Thats going to be a hell of a project form the looks of things. But projects are fun.
Hmmm... I got a few questions I'd like to hear YOUR answer to..
its illegal to listen to headphones and drive right?
Is it illegal to use HID's as my headlights?
Would you pull someone over for accelerating too fast, but still in the speed limit?
Hmm.. I read the the oregon drivers manual that racing of any kind, even kinds not at excessive speed, are consitered illegal... so... what kinda racing are we talking about here?
And last, Is it illegal to get road head?
lol, just curious. Welcome dude!!

Headphones, yes are not allowed (in both ears). HIDs are not allowed, has to be oem specs. I would not pull anyone over for pulling away too fast, unless they are trying to beat someone, or peel out. The racing thing is like this......there is, "racing" and "speed contest" you can be still racing someone even if you are only going 35 mph. Stupid I know, and it has to be proven by citing officer. Hope that helps.
