Rep Power: 0 Brake Pad Wear Indicator Question
I bought a set of oem brake pads and i'm planning to install them myself. But there's something i don't understand: I know that the pad with the wear indicator should be placed on the inner side of the rotor, but what about its position, should it be up or down?

Rep Power: 428 well the pads can only go in one direction. They are usually at the top of the inner rotor piece. So yes the inner side of the rotor. It is usually on the top.

I'm asking this because my old pads were used up on the opposite side of the W.I (i.e more pad material left at the W.I than at the other end) and i forgot to look which way it was installed.
