I figured out to set my clock by looking for the Owners Manual in the glove compartment. Not sure if the 03's are the same as your 02'.
But here is what you do to set it up.
1-Set time only when clock is displayed
2-Adjust hour by pressing holding the CLOCK (SCAN/RPT) button then pressing the H (Preset 4) button
3-Adjust the minutes by pressing and holding the CLOCK (SCAN/RPT), then pressing the M (Preset 5) button
Also you can quickly set the time to the nearest hour. If the displayed time is before the half hour, the clock is set back to the previous hour by pressing and holding CLOCK. (SCAN/RPT) button then pressing the R (Preset 6) button. If the displayed time is after the half hour, the clock is set forward to the beginning of the next hour.
