Could be the micro chip transmitting back to Honda to find out where you are. You do know they are watching you. Actually, I have no idea.

Rep Power: 0 mine beeps when seatbelt isnt clicked in when i start car or whatever. put belt on before u put key in ignition and start it, if it doesnt beep...then we r genius's....if it beeps, refer to dealer

Rep Power: 0 lots of cars beep when you get in and start them they want you to put your seatbelt on because they care about you and they love you very much.
