2007 AC Compressor Replacement

How do you remove the AC Compressor on a 2007 Civic LX? Can't remove from top, or wheel well, or bottom. I have unbolted, but just can't get it out of vehicle. I've taken out alternator, and compressor bracket. Still can't figure it out. Can someone point me to step-by-step instructions, or video of removal?

Holy Cow, why?
Did it blow a hole through the side?

I'd drop it out the bottom, even if I had to drop the subframe down to make room.

Re: 2007 AC Compressor Replacement

Figured it out. Easiest way was to remove the Alternator and Belt tensioner and pull compressor out from top. Chilton instructions were incorrect (they suggested dropping front grill cover). Local Honda Dealer was incorrect (they said to pull from below). I must have an odd 07 LX version that isn't the norm.

Yours is no different, and the dealer was not necessarily wrong.

It is quicker for us (in a shop environment, and it depends on the tech doing the work) to drop it out the bottom, but we also have access to equipment that allows us to get this done in a timely manner.
