command starter problem

I need help re-programing my command starter for my 2000 honda civic si (manual transmission).

I had bought this car about two winters ago and have had no serious problems with the command start beside the odd reseting using the toggle switch. This summer I had to change the battery in the car and now this winter the command starter does not work. I have done all the samethings I've done in the past to activate the command starter but still no start. All I get is the ligts flashing several times.

My alarm and door locks still work which leads me to believe I need to re-program it. The problem is the manufacturers name and serial number is not on the key fob and underneth the dash where command starter is there is no manufacturers name on it, except for some numbers, which Im not sure which one is the serial # if any.

If anyone could help I would appreciate it. The command starter key fob has two buttons on it and an antena that can extend out.

Thnx
