97 oil leak

I'm thinking rear main seal but the leak is so high up on the engine that I was wondering if maybe it wasn't something else. Also have one around my oil pan?

What year and model is that a dx? Might be the o ring in the distributor. I can not tell from those pics.

Re: 97 oil leak

there are all sorts of places. rear main seal, the cam and crank seals, oil pump seal, valve cover, oil pan, etc. clean it up and see if you can spot where the oil is coming from.

He said top of engine, so that narrows it down, to valve cover, dizzy o ring, I am not sure where the cam and crank seal leaks from.
