Car Alarm problem. help!

I have 2002 Honda Civic EX. On Thursday My car alarm just started going off for no apparent reason. It would go off then stop for a second and then start again, and continued to do this no stop. I tried the the remote, but it wouldn't stop the alarm. This has happened a couple of times before, but after a few minutes of the alarm constantly going off it would stop on its own. This time it wouldn't stop. I finally disconnected the battery just to get it to stop. I waited til the next to reconnect the battery and as soon as I did the alarm just going off again. Does anyone know whats going with my car alarm and have any solutions?

Re: Car Alarm problem. help!

what brand alarm? All alarms have a switch box that sits under the steering wheel cover where you can adjust the sensitivity.
