Rep Power: 787 should be similar, look for a screw under the fender holding the edge on, then undo all the bottom bolts and such, take off the grill clips under hood, and then start pulling. i dont recommend doing it below freezing weather because you could crack something.

take the top cover off your bumper under the hood, 4 clips(2 on outsides and 2 in middle), 2 phillips screws in wheel well where bumper corner meets fender, and should be between 5-10 clips under neath bumper, take care not to break any of them, also 2 allen head bolts under the top cover u took off first above the radiator, that should be all(that was it on mine) then 2 10mm bolts on top, 1 on side by the fender and one underneath by radiator, and your headlight should come out, its a lil bit trickey to get the headlight out, lots of wiggling, i accidently pulled my fender corner up( luckily i didnt crease it though) I pulled my healight out and was going to take the reflectors out but i gave up, they glued it together to good and i didnt want to wreck it.
Good luck

To get the headlight apart remove the screws and bake it in the oven at like 250 for a few minutes (mine took about 6 min) It is easier to have two pair of hands so you can pull the two apart and the other can cut the glue as you go. Dont use a screw driver you will mess up the housing. If you cant pull it apart put it in the oven for a few more minutes, just keep an eye on it and it wont melt. Well you have it apart make very sure to keep the inside of the clear lense very clean and use plenty of glue to seal it up. I put it back in the oven for 2 minutes to make the glue settle real good.
