How do i reset the radio code

I reset my ecu by dissconectin the batt. My radio reset because of this and it says enter the code using the presets. the only problem is my code has numbers such as 7 and 9 and presets only go up to 6.

Please help im without music!!!!

that happen to me too. . .The honda dealership gave you a little card for your car, just in case someone tries to steal it, the whole car shuts off i think???[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/IMG]. .then when you enter it and turn it on with your key the card ask for your key code, it also happens when you disconnect your battery. . .it's a little card that was in my dash that the dealer showed me and said to use when this happend. . didn't the honda dealership show you this?? If not, try looking in your glove compartment for the little card with the key code. . .gluck

Yeah you need the card, otherwise you wont be able to use the stereo, some sort of security thing.

Are you sure you are looking at the right code? It shouldn't have those numbers in it. Only 1-6 as far as I know. I would double check the code and call the dealer if it is indeed the right code.

Yea, Mbow is right, I just looked at my code card, and the numbers arent higher than a 6. I would look at the card again, of if the number is that, I would call the dealership. I would if I didnt have tones in my car.

yup, can't be higher than six. . because the radio keys only go up to 6 for a civic stock CD player. . eheheh gluck!
