Pinout For 14 Pin Connector On Stock HU

I'm looking for someone with a Helm's manual that would possibly have the pin out's for the stock headunit cd changer input. I believe it's 14 pins.

Regards,

David

Hrm Thats not it the one I'm looking for...

It's 14 pins and it's the CD Changer Input into the head unit. I believe what you have listed here is the head unit's main connector. But I might be wrong can you just confirm that thats infact the CD Changer Pin Out Boost?

Thanks for your time.

Well, I haven't had much luck so, I hope you have better luck. I've found it listed as a bus cable on the installation instructions for the cd-changer.

This is the board of an european Pioneer-made HU. Everything is marked on it. So if you believe that yours is different, take it appart and compare.

2 SWDACC
3 GND
4 SGND
5 RP
6 LP
7 BU
8 ILM
9 BUSP
10 BUSM
11 GND

Oh by the way, how do I enable the AUX function? I want to connect an Ipod.
Have a nice day.

I'm wondering if you were able to get this to work or not. I'm about to order the cable required and try testing some things out myself. I suspect you have to jumper either pins 1 and 7, 9 and 10, or 2 and 4. I have a strong suspicition that it is one of the first two combinations. If i get anything I'll let you know sometime next week.

Re: Pinout For 14 Pin Connector On Stock HU

BUMP
So I would totally rather wire up my own 1/4" jack as aux instead of buying an aux unit.
Does anyone have confirmed details on what to jumper and what to wire into for the audio?
(7th gen 2005 civic btw)

edit:
similar to what this guy did on his mazda: http://www.geocities.com/blhobbs.rm/...o_details.html
