Rep Power: 0 ????? seat belts don't make beeping sounds.
but if you want to cancel the door beep with key in ignition sound (although it's better with it) you have to just neutralize the wire for it = rewire the wire behind the small button on the inner side of your door to itself so that it's never switched on

Rep Power: 335 My grandma's Focus does it all the time when the belt on the drivers side isn't buckled. It's not like a beep at the beginning, then it goes away. Every like 2 minutes or something woo woo woo woo, sounds like the helicoper on Blackhawk Down after it got shot and was getting ready to crash and there is that alarm woo woo woo woo. . hehe. She doesn't wear her seatbelt, (which angers me) so what she does is pulls her passanger seat belt across to her side to trick the system into thinking her belt is buckled. I tried to just get her to wear her seatbelt, but no dice.
ALSO. . something else you can do is go to the dealer and ask for a seatbelt extender. They usually have a 3 - 6" extender that you can buy (for bigger people mostly) and this extender will make the system think the belt is buckled too . So just some ideas. . Best idea is just to wear it.
