Hey bud, I just bought a 2001 civic, it has a brand new vtec motor in it but the auto tranny is pooched. I see its a common problem for the auto trannys to give out, what do you recomend? I was thinking about converting to a 5 speed or 6 speed what ever they come in? I'm totally new to Honda's so forgive my ignorance. I justknow they are known for their reliability but the tranny issue has me worried now and maybe i made a bad purchase? Any help is appreciated, thanks.
