On my 02 civic the plastic part on the bottom of the car nose is totally scraped and warped and I can't connect it to the bumper anymore.

Can I replace this part and what is it called?

Does anyone have experience with these two companies for service manuals?
One is called "trade-bit" or that is the service which delivers the manual

I found these parts inside my car, so I know they came from somewhere. Does anyone have any idea where I should look to put them? One is a square washer, another is a weird clip, and there's a screw that I think goes with one of the other pieces. All help is appreciated.
