Guys, computers favor USC when it comes to BCS. USC's schedule is a pretty tough one, but I just don't agree with anyone when they say they are going to blow out OSU. Really, come on, look at it realistically. No one matches up to Ohio State, you try to stop their run and look who they can go to? Teddy Ginn Jr, Gonzalaz, Robiskie, Hartline. You then try to stop the pass, and uh oh, Pittman, Beanie Wells, Maurice Wells. Troy Smith's ability to avoid sacks and his vision of the field can't be touched. Troy Smith is 4th in QB rating in college football. Ohio St. offense is THE most complete offense in college football, and one of the best ever. When you have 2 running backs that are that high caliber, 4 wide receivers, a Heisman quarterback, and an offensive line that can open holes and give Troy time to throw, i would love to see someone prove me wrong they aren't the best. BTW, Ohio St is 7th in the nation in scoring and USC is 15th. Michigan was also #1 in the nation at stopping the run, what did Ohio St. do to them? Oh yea, ran all over them. But why? Because stopping the run opened up the passing game, then the passing game opened up the run.
Ohio St. defense now is not the best, but they get it done and stop teams to force turnovers and punts. The Ohio St. vs Mich game proved that a good team could score on them, but, in a scoring match Ohio St. just has too much power. USC's offense is led by a strong and talented wide receiever, but one person doesn't make the team a national championship team.
The BCS system still has flaws in it. I still feel they need a bracket system just like Div 2 and 3 does. But whoever said that only computers make up the ranking system is wrong, the Harris Poll and the USA Today poll are both accounted for. Then awarded points by the standings in each poll. So humans do have a say so in this.

michigan didnt show up. they never got anything going. USC played a good game. I was very suprised, next year they will be good i think, once their young talent becomes old talent lol
USC will not finish #2. Sorry. If OSU would beat Florida by like 7 or less, they might not drop. Look out for Boise St being #3, i'll still go with USC at #4. But with losing to unranked UCLA and Oregon St. and Florida losing to 2 top 5 teams, there is no way in hell they should be ranked less than USC. Sorry
I bet your one of those ohio guys thats going to make excuse's why they didnt win. I guess the only thing thats for sure is michigan and ohio state were both OVERRATED!

Having 6 weeks off makes good teams look piss poor. I think OSU at the end of the season was playing better than USC. I also think Michigan was playing better than USC at the end of the year. Florida had some tough games and always managed to win also. Anyway thats why they play these games, because on paper it would have been backwards. OSU would have won, Michigan would have won, and this topic wouldn't be here. GO FOOTBALL!!!
