possible title transfer issues??

Hi I bought a civic lastnight and I am going to DMV tomorrow since it's aways from where I live and it's been sold to a dealer then the dealer never had title swapped into it's name then the dealer sold the car to another person and that persons name is on back as a buyer and that person never transferred it to their name either and now I bought it and there is still a buyers slot left for me to put my name and date it. Now is this gonna be any trouble for me to transfer into my name?

Did they sign the title as the seller? as long as you have prove you bought the car they will work around the rest.
