Lightbulb Pennsylvania's law on smoked headlights and tail lights?
Does anyone know the law on having smoked headlights and/or taillights in Pennsylvania? I thought both were just flat out illegal here but on Sunday I saw a 96-98 civic with smoked taillights. Can anyone help me out? To remove this ad, register today for free or log in if already registered!

Where in pa do you live?

Anyway, I don't think they're illegal. As long as you can see the lights in the day and they're not too dark.
