is it common for the spectators to be suject to criminal prosceution?
Sometimes it happens, but usually the police just tell everybody to go home. I think police spend more time cracking down on the people racing than on spectators. But things may be different in the bigger cities like Houston, San Antonio, Dallas/Fort Worth, etc.
that houston cop is a real dumbass....what the hell was he thinking arresting a 10 year old, i guess maybe he was thinking that she may have been racing her barbie corvette......lol
